Foresight Software is the developer and distributor of the MXP brand of enterprise resource planning software. Headquartered in Atlanta, the company was incorporated in 1995 and is a subsidiary of HALO Holdings. Halo Technology Holdings acquires and operates established enterprise technology companies that deliver mission critical technical solutions to a global customer base. While Foresight has been in operation since 1995, MXP s history goes back to the early 1980s. The core functionality of the system was developed under the Varnet brand name, was re-branded in 1993 and became Foresight s main product line in 1995. The MXP system is currently deployed in more than 600 customer sites on six continents and is supported by Foresight Software s network of business partners and consultants in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
