They started out ok... Wrote a big long dissertation on what changes I needed to make. I implemented the changes gradually. At first there was a bump in my rankings but now they are back to where they were. I did exactly what their program stated. They also said Social Media would improve rankings and it does not. Basically you pay for them to handle your social media.
