I had been here once before and enjoyed it so I booked my daughters birthday party there. A party for 18 twelve year olds. In all the years of having large kids parties this one was the most expensive and the worst! There was no staff member assigned to help with anything! No direction whatsoever ! We wasted 40 minutes taking waiver pictures and waiting in line for go karts. I had to ask what we had to do because nobody told me about the pictures when booking the party or when I walked in and handed the desk person all the waivers. One mother forgot her waiver and the desk person COULD NOT find any!!! Luckily I had an extra one. Unreal. So 40 minutes into our 2 hour party and not one person has gotten on a kart yet. After all the activities we came back to the party room ( on our own as nobody touched base with us the whole time) and we had to ask for our pizza and drinks. No staff member passed out anything! The parents did all the work. I had to hunt down a manager because they were short 6 gift bags. The worst customer service I have EVER had at a birthday party!! Will never go back.

The place was amazing! The fun was had by all of us (myself, my husband, my 13 yr old, his 11 yr old friend, & our 9 yr old). What made the experience even more wonderful, was the great staff! Now-a-days, it's hard to find friendly, accomodating service & these staff members truly had the customer service we were all used to a decade ago. Even the younger staff were helpful, polite, patient & overall pleasant!! We had a couple of small issues (1: an arcade game ran out of tickets = they replaced the tickets, gave my daughter what she was owed plus a few extra & gave her 2 more tokens for the inconvenience; 2: the buffalo tenders I ordered were too spicy for me ... which is purely my tastebuds & nothing wrong with their food = they gave me 3 plain tenders for FREE)!!! No longer do we consumers get service like this (in fact, earlier that morning, the Dunkin Donuts lady screwed up my coffee & she huffed at me cause I asked for a new one made correctly ... "how dare I ask for what I pay for")!! The general manager was continuously around making sure all were enjoying themselves. I witnessed a little girl get hurt while playing air hockey (by her own means ... she stuck her hand on the table when the puck came by) ... they gave her a free bracelet into the play place to make her feel better!! But, even if you go & don't get free stuff ... they have so much to do indoors (which is perfect for New England winters) & so many wonderful packages & coupons on their website to help defray the costs!!! AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! Thanks Tri-State!!

This place was awesome. There was something for everyone in my family. Go karts for kids and adults. Mini Golf and bowling and an arcade. It kept my family entertained all day. Very reasonably priced!

THIS PLACE IS SO COOL. THEY HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. GO-KARTS UPSTAIRS AND THEY JUST OPENED THE DOWNSTAIRS. THEY HAVE AN INDOOR 18 HOLE MINI GOLF COURSE. THERE IS A BIG ARCADE WITH POOL TABLES. THERE ARE EVEN MINI GO-KARTS FOR THE LITTLE TIKES. THEY EVEN HAVE BOWLING. MY KIDS HAD SO MUCH FUN. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY MANAGEABLE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GREAT TIME WITH YOUR KIDS OF EVEN A GREAT TIME FOR YOURSELF YOU NEED TO GO THERE!!!!!!
