Marvelous Moving not so marvelous. Donnie, the owner, never provided a contract to us. The day before he was supposed to load the truck I requested proof of insurance, and an agreement. He says he give a contract when inventory is taken. Crazy!

After several calls and texts to him (he wouldn’t respond), he said he could only load the truck 2 days later. My wife was going to supervise the move and could not supervise it 2 days later because she had a previous engagement. The reason Donnie wanted to change the date is because he took another job that required the use of our loaded truck.
Long story short, while he has good intentions, this company is not professional. How do you trust a business run like this?
They need a consultant to teach them business 101.
Now watch his response. He will say we changed the date, and we did. However, he agreed with the change of date yesterday.
But now, because he took on new work, he is going back on his word.
Take warning. So glad we caught this before a disaster took place.

I was happy they should up on time. I thought the pricing was fair. A couple things were scratched but you would have to expect that and they worked with me instantly in fixing them. Great company to get.
