I can’t say enough positive things about Timeless Skin Solutions in Dublin! I have seen Adrienne Moroni,NP for both Botox and a chemical peel! Adrienne is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! She was more than happy to answer my questions during my treatments. The entire staff is very helpful and kind. I can’t wait to go back in April!!

I have been going to Timeless Skin Solutions for the last 6 months and it has changed my skin!! All of my appointments have been with Ellen so far and I can't say enough about her!

During my first appt/consultation I spoke with her about my issues. I'm in my early thirties and have struggled with acne and melasma for a long time. I was honestly embarrassed to take my makeup off but Ellen was so incredibly sweet. She had struggled with skin issues herself and managed to make me feel better. What I love the most is she really listened during my consultation. She asked me a lot of questions and then spoke to me about options. I got a silk peel followed by a chemical peel that day.

Since my first appointment I've gotten 4 chemical peels, 2 which were paired with Microneedling, and 2 silk peels. I also had botox done on my forehead and eyes. On top of these procedures, I am following the at home regime Ellen printed out for me and it has made a world of difference. What I love most is Ellen worked with the products I already had and added two to boost my results!

As a side note: this isn't my first chemical peel. I bought a groupon for a new place in downtown Columbus and it went terribly. During the first 30 seconds of the peel the young lady got the chemicals in my eyelashes which then went directly into my eye. It was awful!!! I ended up going to the doctor later that day because no amount of flushing helped. The peel also burned my skin as I drove home. I experienced NONE of this during or after my peel with Ellen. I learned you get what you pay for...

Look elsewhere. This place basically pushes products and services. When you first contact them they send you a long email that contains false information, I.e. I had a question about cost of a procedure and was told it would be 1000 to 1500. When I actually got to the appt, having first paid the $60 consultation fee, I was told the actual cost was $3000. Big difference. I think they call this "bait and switch" in the industry. I ended up spending an hour and a half listing to a sales pitch about how I needed this product and that service. They drafted up a treatment plan with the various products and services that would have cost 1500 to 2000 per month. Absolutely ridiculous. Anyway, save your $60 and go someplace else. Unless they are all this way. Big turnoff.
