Slow Progress, Needed Homeowner Assistance, and Completion Requires More Money.



Two-week program didn't come close to accomplishing anything. Spent 6 weeks and eventually caught 2 moles after my wife showed the technician other damaged areas that had been there from the start. Told I had the 2-week ($189+moles) program but they would help me out. After pulling the traps they returned, my wife marked damaged areas, and several weeks later, the technician said he caught 2 more (4 total). Winter came and more damage in two large areas on opposite sides of the 3/4 acre lot. Dirk said they would have to put me on the annual plan but it would be more money ($589+moles). Previous experience was positive but not so this time since $1,050+ and six more months during non-winter still may not complete the task. My wife was not as patient as I was...
