Provided by YP.comExcellent and quick service! The owner took personal care of packaging some items I needed to ship out the following day. He was able to reduce the size and weight of the package which ultimately reduced the overall shipping cost. I have had no problems with broken/damaged goods through UPS.

Provided by YP.comI was very disapointed in the service level at this store. I specifically went into the store to have a fragile piece of merchandise packaged and send away. I paid a very large fee to use special packaging material and have the store package everythng. To my surprise when the package arrived, there was little packaging material and the merchandise was shattered. When I spoke to the owner, he denied ANY responsiblility and refused to review the receipt.
I would suggest not using their services for any valuable items as they do not stand behind their work!
