Worst experience I've ever had bought a controller and the lady who sold it acted kinda shady she guaranteed it would work of course we took it home and only one button worked it was $30 for a used controller that was broken.... We took it back & the employee who was working spoke very nasty to me & was very unprofessional I showed him who sold it to me and the same girl knew it was me she remembered me she ran to the back & was hiding out saying she didn't want to get in the middle of it of course bc she knew it was junk! Needless to say after having to be nasty back to the employee and threaten to not leave until I got a new controller he finally gave me an even exchange but kept saying I hope you know I'm eating this $30, this is on me so be happy ( mind this he was shouting it throughout the entire store) he was extremely rude! Never ever buy anything from there they are rude to their customers and their employees are shady & their items don't work!
