I went in for a coloring and a cut which costs over $100. I love the haircut and the color was great when I left. I had several compliments on the color within the first week. However, I washed my hair about 5 days later and most of the color was gone! Within the first 2 weeks I was back to my original hair color. Several people noticed the change and commented. When asked where I got my hair done and why it came out so quickly I was honest and replied that I didn't know why. Of course I was upset because this was so not worth the costs but my biggest disappointment was when I tried to talk to the people at the salon itself. No one really seemed to care and they said that they only allowed a 5 day guarantee! I don't know anyone who has the time or money for a 2 week tops hair color! Obviously, although the cut is pretty, I am overall extremely dissatisfied. I care very much about my looks and feel that this salon does not care about the way in which they handle clients!
