Wonderful place to live, great amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. It is pet friendly, has nice scenic walking paths. Pool area, club house and workout area are tastefully done, there is even a big screen movie room to reserve and use with your guests. Highly recommended.

Grafton Park is beyond amazing! This staff is truly amazing as well as the community! Being military for the past 10 years, I've lived in many apartments and this one is hands down the best apartment complex I've lived in that's very military friendly as well as pet friendly which is huge for me and my family! The staff keeps you well-connected and are MORE than helpful whenever you need them. My wife and I would give them a 5/5 any day of the week! I moved to Grafton Park about a month ago, and so far everything is great. The staff is so nice and friendly, Ken was very helpful with the application process. The location is great with Whole Foods and downtown Dublin around the corner. The premises are kept very clean and my apartment layout is great with high ceilings.
