Great service! My remote key fob wasn’t working properly after I accidentally spilled water on it. I needed a replacement before I lose access to my car entirely. After receiving staggering quotes from a few dealers and shops, I was about to give in and spend the sum. Fortunately, I found and I got the best price for a replacement. David is a pro! I’d hired locksmiths from other firms, who merely asked me to throw the digital lock and buy a new one, but I wasn’t going to let it go so easily. After all, I’d bought it for 400 bucks. David from Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc was a smart worker - he immediately identified the problem and managed to fix the lock. There are two types of locksmiths: one, that requires a zillion calls to be made before they get there and two, locksmiths who take the initiative and follow up on you. Well, Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc happens to fall under the second category. Though Id made the appointment with them at 8pm, I couldnt make it on time. But Jack from Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc followed up, and patiently waited for half an hour until I reached home. Thank you so much for waiting it out. I thought the extra waste time was going to cost me, but they didnt add any fee for it.

From what I read on their they offered a 24-hour service in Dublin, OH. Well, thats what most firms say, but when it comes to delivering it, they fail miserably. Anyway, I decided to give Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc a try and I must say Im very impressed. My call was answered in seconds and within ten minutes a van had pulled up outside my home. All I needed was a fix on my troublesome lock and it took Jack barely a few minutes to get the job done. The bill carried no extra charge, even though Id called them up at 11 pm. I laud their dedication! Great job guys! Thumbs up!

If I had to sum up my experience with Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldnt wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, Id spend nearly $250 on it! The companys warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc on in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price Id paid for it! Well, whats done was done.. Im never buying telly advertised stuff again! Thanks to Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc, I didnt have to throw the lock out!!! Will definitely call them in future for suggestions and other lock upgrades! BEST SERVICE in Dublin, OH! It was an emergency, and despite making frantic phone calls to a dozen different locksmiths, no one was ready to help. It was New Years Eve and I really wanted to get home quick to spend the holiday with my family. I seriously doubted thered be any locksmith available at such a time. I got locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night with no phone or anything on me. I had a local business call a Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc for me - unfortunately, that locksmith was online for someone else to replace the cylinder, and that's how I found Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc ! I'm so glad I did. I called them the next day and they had someone out to my place within an hour. The guy who came was friendly and did the job extremely quickly and efficiently - for only $89! Mike was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He walked us through how to repair our lock over the phone. If we ever need any further services we are definitely returning to Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc.

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Anchor Lock & Key Store, Inc had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
