I took my car to Sears Auto at Tuttle and had four new tires put on. When I got on the highway my car shook so badly I thought I had a loose tire. I tried to take it back to Sears, but they refused to see me until the following day, even though I was on my way out of town when this happened. Their assistant manager was incredibly rude when I told him I had to leave town and couldn't wait. It was their questionable work that caused the problem. He didn't seem to care. I called AAA Car Care in Dublin. They told me to come over immediately and figured out what the problem was within minutes. They took the tires off, tested them and properly weighted them. Their customer service was top notch and their mechanics were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They put my safety first and that means a lot to me. In the future, I won't take my car anywhere else.

I didn't want to spend a lot for new tires (like everyone else in the world), but the guys at Bob Sumerel were so helpful and knowledgeable, that they made the whole process a good experience. They are also a AAA dealer, so more discounts came my way. I would recommend.
