If you are looking for a CULT, then this place is for you. You are not allowed any independent thought or development outside of what Roger Valci dictates to you. This is very unfortunate because he has ruined a wonderful church and christian community.



In addition, Roger does not take his role seriously and acts very unchristian like. He has fired most of the school staff and driven the schools into the ground to the point where they are now at less than 50% capacity. Further, he fires people then immediately rehires others at a lower wage. No concern to the value that they have added over the years and definitely without the christian spirit you would anticipate from the leader of a church. Further the school board has been emasculated by Roger to the point that they no longer function, but just do what Roger dictates.



Like I said, if you want to join a cult, have no independent thought, watch a community languish, then this is the place for you!

VCP is absolutely the best preschool in the Valley! The DIrector is warm and welcoming. She and the entire VCP staff meet your little ones where they are at. They make learning fun....my children look forward to going to school everyday and I do, too. I love the environment. The preschool started a new two year old program this year. Like all the other classes it is a low teacher student ratio (1 teacher for every 6 children). The new twos classroom is beautiful and has lots of room for hands-on learning and play! Check out VCp- you won't be disappointed and your children will love it!
