My experience with Signature Appraisals was indeed a mailicious nightmare. I must tell my Dublin Community members about this harrowing ordeal.

First, the appraiser showed up 30 minutes late to the appointment which caused in turn my renters to call me to find out if the appraisal was really going to happen at all that day.

Then, a week later I received an appraisal well under what I anticipated or what was fair. I was not allowed to contact the appraiser to discuss this. I am now out $600.00 with no recourse but to write this review of Signature Appraisals and the Appraiser, Glen Arace. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE...beware!!!
