Really bad customer service. Only self service checkout even when there are 20 customers waiting in line. Never can find any reps in the aisles to help. Going to Home Depot going forward. This is one of the worst managed Lowes.

Yesterday my husband and I drove from Pinole, CA to Dublin for pendant lights for our kitchen remodel. We had gone online and found there were 5 available. When we got to the lighting dept. we found only one box. Help was summoned and a gentleman named Romas came to our assistance. He looked for additional boxes in the area, called his supervisor and went looking in another area for more, all to no avail. Romas was kind enough to call another nearby Lowes and speak with someone who personally went to locate the lamps we wanted. He had those lamps held under our name and directed us how to get there to pick them up. He went beyond good customer care by guaranteeing that we got the product we came after. Many would have shrugged it off and said ' that's what we have'. Kudos to Romas for excellent service!

I like this store because they are really nice, and big. I like how you can find anything here fast, and signs are really clear.
