My son has been a member for over a year and we are amazed by his improvement! He runs faster and his running form is more controlled. We love the program and the coaching staff who is dedicated to their athletes is extremely competent. Also, their memberships are a lot more affordable than any other similar program in the area.

I highly recommend Velocity!

A friend of ours suggested velocity for our son who was and incoming Freshman football and Basketball player. He began training in January and by the time high school tryouts had come around, every coach was commenting on the dramatic turn around in my sons athletic abilities.

I would recommend Velocity to all of my friends and will keep my son in the program throughout his high school career.

I have really enjoyed working out at Velocity. The programs are great, the coaches are amazing and its just plan fun. I such a better soccer player now.
