I booked a 15 seater van almost two months ago and they even sent me a confirmation email just 2 days before the pickup date. Oneday before, a gentleman calls up and says that he will not be able to provide a 15 seater van BUT will provide two 7 seater vans.
I explained the person that the whole reason for me booking the 15 seater is to travel together and his offer of two 7 seater vans is of no use. The person was rule and did not even listen to what i say.

Best to pick up vans from airport than from Enterprise. Never going to go with Enterprise. I had to pay almosy 100% more to get the 15 seater from another car place because Enterprise messed up.
