PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Poor, patronising customer service who think they are doing you a favour not that you are a paying customer. RV we ordered 9 months in advance not available. Tried to give us a huge one (for 2 of us booked into restricted sites) as an "upgrade" - told we could take it or leave it. Eventually left with an old, dirty, poorly functioning vehicle just because it was the length we needed, I cannot emphasie enough how rude and patronising the staff are. I'm not from America and its such a shame because everyone else we met was lovely. We also paid "preparation fee" and they didn't even give a toilet roll (like they are supposed to) amongst other things. I'm not a big complainer but I feel really strongly that these guys are the rudest, most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. Only carried on with rental because they wouldn't give us our money back!

My wife and I recently purchased an RV from El Monte RV in Dublin and could not be happier. Mike and Paul were great. The service department snapped into gear as we did our walk through inspection and repaired every discrepency we found immediatly. They had completed all tasks before we left the coach. If you are looking for a used RV with a great warranty and an excellent service department look no farther.

We have rented from El Monte twice using two different location. The first time we rented from El Monte because the other RV rental company in our area did not have the size we needed. We were so please with the quality and condition of the RV as well as the entire end to end service. When we decided to take our second RV trip I shopped around for the best price. I found a rental company with a lower price than El Monte for a comparable unit. However, due to our previous great experience, we decided to pay the slightly higher price and go with a known quantity. El Monte did not disappoint us. The Dublin office accommodated our request to pick up the RV two hours prior to the posted time. The checkout was quick and easy. The service was great and the RV was just as nice as our previous rental. Each interaction with customer service was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend renting from El Monte.

We rented a Class A motorhome there this summer. Great experience! Our kids now love motorhomes and we will do this again next year!
