Petite Paws is a one-of-a-kind place, and people drive well over 200 miles or more to assure their animals the kind of care it provides. We are fortunate to have such a facility in our area. At Petite Paws, your pet becomes family, always remembered, always well cared for, and always important.

Unlike most boarding kennels, in addition to indoor play areas, it has three spacious, supervised outdoor run areas where animals can exercise and play in the fresh air several times daily. The kennels are large, roomy places in a variety of sizes and are housed in an area that feels spacious. The owers and staff are animal lovers (Most volunteer time and resources in local pet shelters and animal causes). They are responsible, knowledgeable animal care-givers with years of experience with animals. They have all local vets on speed dial.

And they really do care about each animal. When my rat terrier was bitten by a copperhead after vet closing hours, the first thing I did was call Karen. I knew I had to go to the emergency care vet in West Monroe, but I had no idea where it was located and I wasn't thinking too clearly. Karen said, "I'll drive you. I've been there lots of times. I've got my car keys in my hand. Be there in five minutes." And she was. She has been there for many others in similar situations. She knew my dog, she knew snake bites, and she had the situation under control. I don't know where else one can find that kind of pet care.

So I recommend Petite Paws Pet Hotel highly. For socializing animals, for day-care, or for longer stays, it cannot be topped. Every time I drive away from its premises, my pup looks out the back window of the car until he can no longer see the big rock that marks its entrance. That says a lot when your dog is a terrier with a short attention span.
