Our company had recycled material for a total of $84. We were told if over $24 they would mail a check within 3 days. It's been 8 days and no check and our company is only a few miles away. SA wanted us to keep waiting and waiting. We had to tell them to cancel the check and re-issue a new check. Now we are told it will be another 2 weeks. We have tons more to recycle but will go someplace else. Not to happy with this place.
Then the check arrived on 12/19 post marked 12/16, the day it was cancelled. Why they would lie and say it was mail 10 days ago I have no idea. This place is pretty clueless on how they run their business.
