Bought a mothers day ring online, customized it. I received it6 week after mothers day and just two days ago I caught the ring on my granddaughters shirt and the enter stone fell out they saying that we have to pay to have it replaced. This is ridiculous when you look at he amount of money that s been spent there by us In the past year!!!! Well over 10,000.00!!!!!!
