Terrible customer service! I was fitted for a bridesmaid dress here, but when I picked up the dress a few months later it was a larger size than what they told me they were ordering according to my measurements. They claimed the dress company advised them to order a size up for my height, which I had already told them I didn't want to do. Then they claimed that the sample size I tried on fit me well so they just ordered that size. There were no apologies, no explanations as to why they didn't call to inform me they recommended ordering a larger size, and no compensation! I had to get the dress taken in over 3 inches in the bodice and 2 inches in length. Come to find out they ordered larger sizes for several other bridesmaids in the party without explanation as well. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere where the staff actually cares about your business.

Very poor service! Staff was extremely rude! Very unprofessional and the alterations were below standard.. They destroyed a nice dress! .. Owner is very rud, snippy, & ignorant.. 0 stars! Would never recommend!!
