Provided by YP.comUnprofessional. Quoted me a price for an extraction. Had it done. Paid for it. Two weeks later got a bill for $148 more. Overweight lady at the desk was very ignorant when I came in to complain. Claimed she THOUGHT my insurance would have covered it but she was mistaken. Paid it. Will not go back again.
