My sister and I have female "designer dogs", meaning they are mixed breeds of a yorkie and a bichon. Everytime we take them in there the women are always so nice. They greet you with a smile and ask you how you would like your puppy/dog groomed, how you would like the hair cut, if that's what you're there for, and what type of shampoo you would like to try. They also have some really excellent spa packages every now and then. Also, they sell leashes and collars that are lifetime. After they are done grooming, the Doggy Spa calls you and lets you know that they are done. When I pick up my puppy she is so relaxed and happy. She smells wonderful and is sooo soft! I would not trust anyone else with my puppy!!
