I arrived to Valet Auto Body after hitting a deer with my Tacoma. My truck had a flat tire, Valet told me about it and then took it to my tire dealer to get it fixed. All of this was gratis and I’m sure it took plenty of their time. They told me it would take a week to 10 days to complete the repairs, checked my insurance and hooked me up with a nearby car rental. During the repairs they were in touch , once to tell me they could save me a portion of the paint estimate. They explained this thoroughly and professionally and made sure I understood and let me make the decision. All this is old school honest, it saved me a portion of the deductible. Ten days later, I picked up my back-to-new truck. The whole experience was seamless.
I am overwhelmed with gratitude and wonder what our world would be like if all the people looked out for one another like the staff at Valet. I can honestly say, I am so so impressed with the professional, knowledgeable, kind, pride in service . Really really remarkable in these times. I was expecting excuses and delays and heartache. Not one excuse, not one delay, not one heartache.
Miraculous. A unicorn. You won’t find better.

Staff worked with me and we came up with a plan to get my car back to beautiful. These people make you feel comfortable and I was kept in the loop from start to finish.

I had 3 people accidentally hit my brand new Tahoe .trace took care of all the phone calls to the insurance companies, rental car , everything. I was so impressed with the paint job with my black truck.the whole company has a level of professionalism that was great to work with. Another impressive thing was my Tahoe came back cleaner than I took it in. Great company !

Trace was awesome to work with.

Having a damaged car is such an inconvenience. My first thought after my car was damaged was, "how will I get to work, how will I get my car to the shop, what am I supposed to say to the insurance company etc?"



I didn't need to worry about any of these things because Valet took care of everything. They picked my car up, brought me a rental, fixed my car perfectly and even helped me deal with the insurance company.



Great customer service and great workmanship.



They are not the low cost provider and I don't get the impression that is their goal. They seem to be in the business to be the best and that are certainly accomplishing that.

Service was excellent and it looks great, I hope to never be in another accident but if I do I'll be back.

We have a 2011 Durango and sadly right after i bought it it was wrecked twice. All of the staff at VALET went above and beyond any expectations one could have when dealing with insurance companies and us as customers. From arranging rental cars to handling the insurance adjusters to upholding the true definition of quality control, these professionals are the leaders in their industry. All others strive to achieve this level of professionalism but fall short. I have never had such a pleasant experience, in such an unpleasant circumstance, and I will recommend VALET to everyone in need of their services.

From the moment I arrived at Valet Auto Body I felt at ease. Trace and his staff assured me they could fix everything that was wrong with my 09' BMW.I would like to state that the level of customer service was unreal. Trace let me know that he would personally handle all the communication with my insurance company. Which he did and I wasnt bothered with any of the details. He gave me a tour of his shop and made me feel comfortable that they were doing only quality work down there. Once they got the ok from my insurance company, they only took a 10 days to finish a ton of work on my vehicle. I was so please with the outcome. My car looked brand new. The work they did was impeccable. It felt as if they cared and kept me informed and updated with the progress. Its nice to walk into a shop that is so professional. With great confidence I recommend everyone to take their vehicle to these guys to work on.

I want to thank you for the amazing job you guys did on my car (the BMW X3 that was rammed by a garbage truck). It runs beautifully and it looks even better than before I was hit. I love that car and am so grateful that I am okay because it protected me. I am so happy to have it back in such great shape. It was wonderful to work with you, the girls at the front desk and everyone else that I talked to at Valet. Valet was recommended to us by our insurance agent and the sentiment was echoed by our tow truck driver. From the first call by Trace, the owner, to every encounter with the staff there, we felt at ease and taken care of with our collision repair. Of special note, when our car rental benefit ran out from our insurance company, Valet gave us a loaner car until our repairs were complete. Even though they were exceptionally busy when we picked up our vehicle, Trace himself took the time to go over all of our repairs. We could not give a higher recommendation than Valet Auto Body.
