Horrible Customer Service, Horrible work.

I originally dropped my car off for what I was told would take about an hour.
"Quality Muffler" never called me to tell me when my car was finished.
I reached out to them 1 hr before they closed to find out my car was finished. I let them know I was on the way to pick my car up to find they closed and left for the night without calling me, again.
When I returned the next day and asked for some sort of discount they actually threatened to charge me MORE now.

I had Tom and his guys rebuild a transmission for me when I live in Wyoming. (Yes I drove that far) This service was done roughly a year ago. I have had no problems with it. He and his crew have replaced ball joints since and again, no issues. When I have questions with concerns, he's Tommy on the spot... LOL... I'd recommend these folks to anyone. Thanks Tom and staff, I appreciate your honest and quality work.

Did some business that started bad but Tom made it right in a hurry great guy will be taking my business to Tom in the future and will recommend anyone I know to use the services thay provide( exstremly satisfied )

The guys at quality muffler really fall into a different category or mechanics... I have gone to many in California and Utah always looking for honesty and quality and Tom and his crew offer that. I'm going to be bringing in my new vehicle this week for brakes and fluids... See you guys soon
