The surgery center and the doctor were great. However, the business office that handles billing is so hard to work with. I tried to call with billing questions and could not get anyone to call back. Then a letter was sent that stated that they feel their office was fair with my bill and because I have ignored their repeated requests they have sent me to collections. I did call them many times but could not get them to return my calls.

I recommended Dr. Delaplante and Dr. Dubosky to a friend just last week. They recently moved over to the Draper area and called me wanting to know who I thought offered great care...YOU GUYS!

I have always enjoyed my visits to lone peak primary care. the receptionists have always been kind and very helpful. and Dr Dubosky and her nurses have always been knowledgeable and caring.

Typically I don't think of a family doctor as the one who will save my life, but a year ago I saw Dr. Gourde on an urgent basis and she quickly, accurately diagnosed my issue and sent me to the surgeon immediately. I was hospitalized that afternoon and my daughter was told they were not sure that I would make it through the night. Obviously I did for a multitude of reasons, beginning with Dr. Gourde's ability to diagnose and communicate that information directly, clearly and accurately. I just love her! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a doctor who knows how to show she cares.Additionally, their billing is not a hassle (a big problem with some medical institutions) and the rest of the staff with whom I have dealt are all cheerful and helpful.

She is extremely thorough and very competent. You never have to wait long for and appointment or in the waiting room. She is also very down to earth and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I just love Dr. Dubosky and her staff - I never feel rushed, she is thorough, focused on wellness and prevention and just a great doctor! The practice is small enough that they know me by name, and I feel like they really care about me as a patient and person. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
