If I could give Lone Peak Family Medicine a -500 I would. I actually enjoyed my PA Breonny Stoddard but the front office staff along with the medical assistants need a lot of work on Patient Service. I wasted more time and energy trying to discuss a bill with anyone that would try to help and was told I would have someone get right back with me. No one ever did. When I called to let the Office Manager Jill know I hadn't heard from anyone and expressed my frustration I was told I can take my records and go elsewhere. That is how much they care about their patients. Do not go here! I have never experienced at any doctor's office what I have here. The front office is a joke, they have no Customer Service and they overcharge along with it for ridiculous things they call "procedures". There are much better clinics out there! I am mine and my husbands records from here.

Thank you all for providing excellent medical services to my family and I over the years. We are so pleased with everyone in the office. Keep up the great work.

I have had nothing but poor service with this Doctors office and the staff there. It started off with spelling my name wrong in their system on my first visit, then once I brought it to their attention, instead of correcting the issue the receptionist created a second file. This resulted in an issue the next time I visited for an appointment as they indicated I had no appointment scheduled. We all make mistakes, so I didn't think too much of this at first, but it was the start of a multitude of frustrating interactions. My first office visit with the Dr. was excellent, my 2nd visit the Dr. was 25 minutes late, rushed thru the visit and did not seem to recall what we had discussed the prior visit. My 3rd visit I felt I had to coach the Dr. on why I came to his office in the first place. This office does a very poor job at returning phone calls to their patients. I had three times I never received a requested call back. In short I found this office to be unprofessional and not at all customer oriented.I recommend if you are looking for a Doctors office, to look elsewhere.

I have been a patient for over 6 years. I was referred by my parents who had been patients for many years before that. Dr. Jack is a very knwledgable physician with an impecable bedside manner. He has added two other doctors two his business that are also wonderful. I have never felt so confident in a doctor before. I highly recommend him.
