Provided by YP.comI received a vace of season "flowers" from Flowerama as a surprise gift from my husband. I received the flowers late at night. I called and thanked my husband. The arrangment was a small and filled with mostly filler type items. Only a few "flowers". I was curious why my husband chose that type of design. He said he asked for a $60.00 arrangment. Wow - I was suprised!!!!!
What I received from Flowerama, I would place a high retail value around $30.00 tops. I returnd the flowers the next morning around 10 a.m. and expressed my disappointment. They offered to re-do the arrangement, but at this time the moment was over and I was a little upset and felt they were taking advantage of a phone order and sent their least expensive arrangement and could CHARGE above and beyond a retail price plus delivery.
I was told the arrangment I received was a seasonal item and was priced at $50.00. Plus the $10.00 delivery charge. (Not even a fair retail value for arrangment - OVER PRICED!!!!!!!!!)
After a few days I called and asked for a refund. I was told I could not get one. Finally after a firm not understanding of why I could not get a refund - the sales clerk on the phone asked the manager if I could get a refund. I could refund the flowers and not on the delivery charge.
At this point, Costco has a beautiful seasonal arrangement for $30.00 with a vace with actual flowers and not just fillers. More than double the size than the "ugly" filler vace I received from Flowerama.
I hope Flowerama is happy with keeping the delivery fee, since I will never order from them again.
They have lost a long time customer and will choose to spend my time and money at other businesses who have a better understanding of customer appreciation and true value of how to keep a customer.

I had pre ordered and selected a more expensive corsage, selecting a specific bracelet that I knew my sons date would like and that woudl match her dress and still be something she could wear later. When I came for the assigned pick up time there was no bracelet. I asked them about it and they didnt' seem bothered about it not being there, and there were none left of that kind. I was s o disspapointed. I feel what shoudl have happened is that they should have offered for me to pay the less expensive fee and still had me choose a different bracelet. I had to ask for that. their attitude was the most frustrating part. I know they had a lot of orders , but each customer should feel important there. I am looking elsewhere for a corsage for this next occasion.
