The owner is great and does great work. Even though the older guy who answers the calls has incredibly little customer service skills, don't overlook this company. If the owners read this, please do something about the guy who answers the phone. He's terrible and quite rude.

This company is locally owned and operated. They are quick to respond, and quote fair prices. I was impressed with workmanship on my home lock installation- they rekeyed my whole house, and installed gorgeous new hardware! I have also referred my friends to Brownies- and everyone I know has had great things to say! I know they also install security cameras and high security locks.
