This is the "insurance company" for the person who hit my car. They had an assessor evaluate the damages to my car and immediately stopped communicating with me. I came here to file a complaint after having filed with the State Regulatory Agency, and the Better Business Bureau. I have a statement from a State Trooper that confirms my statement that the person hit my car and they say it is my word against his. There were two firemen that tried to get the driver to stop before he hit me. There are photos of the scene. THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING LESS THAT ONE STAR!

I would not recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy. They are the absolute worst. The amount of time it has taken them reimburse us for an issue someone else caused is unacceptable and they have terrible customer service. Do not use them!!

I am so impressed with our age...

I am so impressed with our agent. We recommend him whenever we can. So many people that we have recommended to our agency have been impressed by the amount of insurance you get versus the cost. Unfortunately, we had a tragic event occur with our home on February 6, 2012. I have had two previous experiences with claims with a former insurance company. They were on the ball! Our claim was resolved within days. The other company was so professional and knew how to get the job done, keeping the company they work for happy and the client happy. Auto Owners claim adjusters work for the company at the clients expense. Congratulations Auto-Owners on finding people who don't care about anything but keeping their jobs and making you happy! I am so disappointed! I and my husband will no longer recommend this company. We will look into our agent finding us another company. I have contacted an attorney and we will wait to see how this is resolved. Who knows, I may end up a satisfied customer if the job is at least completed within 60 days!

It is now March 10th of 2012. The incident happened on February 6. 2012. I am still camping out in my home. Promises have been made. Employes are very nice, but very little action. Somehow I get the feeling that I am being scammed and it just adds insult to the injury of this whole horrifying ordeal Farmers had a check to me minus my deductible within five days. I kept the paper work from a claim made six years ago with Farmers due to a sewage back-up via Sandy City. As of this moment, I would have to say I will no longer recommend this company. I will keep you updated on the progress so that you may know what to expect should you ever have to make a claim. For us it is 38 days and counting!!!
