I have 3 big dogs and children running around my house all day, by the time Kirby was done, it was like I had new carpets.

I couldn't get past the phone call to discuss my needs. I was told they don't quote by the footage of the room, but was asked constantly during the call about the size of the room. This was fruitless, so I asked if they need to know the exact room size could they stop by and look, the woman on the phone indicated they don't have time for that. All I wanted was a quote for 2 rooms and 2 stairwells. sigh.....
