Rob J. has no expertise in pouring a concrete overlay, as the authentic photos of my living space illustrate. In October 2015, he poured a floor containing trowel marks, pits, irregular coloration, sanding marks, and bubbled sealer. Within days the overlay cracked, revealing extensive delamination. Rob 'owned' none of this, refusing to stand by his work: the entire floor required removal. He has treated at least one other customer the same way.

He requires cash payments in advance of reviewing finished work. His website, since removed, listed the business as an LLC, but it is not registered with the State.
