I have never been one to bad talk but what I went through this morning with Smith Auto is beyond okay. I took my car in for a oil change I get a call saying 8 things are wrong with my NEWLY serviced car. I tell them to do the work then speak with a family member that says you are getting completey ripped off. So I call right back and tell them not to do it. After they hang up on my grandfather on purpose they call me and tell me I am too late and they ripped the car apart if I do not do the repair it will cost me $150 just to put the car together again. How much could be taken apart in 10 minutes?? They then fought with my grandfather, father, and mother refusing to take the charge off and pushing all fault on myself. I will NEVER go back to Smith Auto and advice anyone who wants a fair price and helpful hand to stay far away from them.
