Unlike othre agency's in the area,, Lori Bianco of LOOK AGENCY, relies on Booking talent for her business model. She does meets individually with potetnial talent and it is not a Group Presentation, hard sell on why to "invest" in your self by spending about 2500 on photos with thier photographer.



I do STRONGLY recommend if LOOK accepts you as a talent, in this case you definately use her photographer Ken Volpe, the prices are comprable to area portfolio photogs, and his photographs are off the chain. Seriously, check out his work on her page, He was so easy to work with, he made us feel comforatable and confident `. I've worked with several photographers so don't have a lot to compare to, but it's my guess, you will not find the level of profefessionalism, quality of work and his uncanny ability to make it fun and take your nerves away.



AND Second, if LOOK AGENCY is going to book you for jobs, givine her creative control over the shoot will serve you best in order to be marketable to her clients, Sge knows what her clients are seeking. You get the photos and can go to other agencies if you choose.



Ms Bianco will keep it real. . Me and my best freind went together, and she gave us each time to know what our strong points are and what we should work on. .We left our shoot feeling so confident, The fact she trusts us to rep her company is an honor, she has high standards, and we know that this will be hard work, not the glamorous life some of the other agency's sell you.This is a job and like any work you need ot put your best in.



Lori Bianco is the type of person that you know has high standards and if she accepts you into her agency family, you feel like you want to prove that her bet on you was valid bet. We had someone do research on ,model blogs, BBB, and internet reviews... and frankly in the area, few agency's comes close to LOOK. This is an agency that is legit, and whose success is based solely on booking talent for work, written by D AND S
