If you are looking for good Medical Care. . .

Doylestown & Warrington Family Practice IS NOT WHERE YOU WILL FIND IT. If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. I saw a physician at the practice for a medical concern I had. The Doctor did spend some time with me to discuss my concerns and then ordered blood work to see if they could pinpoint anything specific. The Doctor said "I will call you in 5 days to discuss the results of the blood work and make recommendations based on the results."

Two & half weeks later, I still hadn't heard from the doctor and called the office to see if the results of the blood tests were in. I was told someone would get back to me once the results were "released from the doctor". Three days later I received a call from a nurse (not the Doctor) with the results which I was told were negative. My thought was NEGATIVE for what???? Where was the Doctor who said she would call me the results and recommendations??? When I asked to receive a mailed copy of my blood work, I was told they don't normally do that! WHAT!!!!

Basically, I've wasted 3 weeks waiting for test results and recommendations . . . and at this point I'm not sure if they even processed the blood work . . . how would I know???

If you looking for bad follow up, no communication & broken promises, then this is the place to go.
