They were very professional and explained everything that my chimney and even my entire fireplace needed. I had another company quote me $1200 to clean out creosote and luckily a friend recommended Chimneys Plus. When they came out, they showed me I had no creosote and just charged for a cleaning. I had a lot of questions about a wood burning stove and what wood to burn and was very patience in answering all my questions. Good people to work with.

I was in need of a chimney company for a sweep and to have everything looked at because it has been sometime since it was done last. I found chimneys plus online and gave them a call to set up an appointment. Right from the beginning they were very friendly and professional when I called to set up an appointment. Dave and Drew came out the day of the appointment on time and were very friendly. They were very clean and professional by setting up throw tarps to cover the floor and moving anything that needed to be moved. They swept my chimney, cleaned out my fireplace and performed a safety inspection inside and out. When they were finished they went over everything with me and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on. I am very satisfied with chimneys plus and their cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a great chimney sweep. I definitely will be using them from now on.

I needed someone to come out for an issue on a Saturday and Chimney's Plus returned my call and came out within 2 hours. They were professional, neat and the cost was in line with the estimate I got over the phone. Their prices are fair. I would call them to come out again the next time I need a sweep or have an issue.
