Worst experience I have ever had. I made an appointment for 9:45 and, after I was called back to have my paper work and insurance processed, was asked to wait at the next desk for a room to open. Twenty minutes later I was told to go back to room #2. When it was my turn, I asked the phlebotomist if I could lay down to have my blood drawn. She told me yes, and to wait just a minute. She then proceeded to service the client who was supposed to be after me because they were in the room with the reclining chair. The blonde woman at the front desk came in to draw my blood when I explained I wanted to lie down. When the client in the room with the reclining chair had left, I was brought back. I asked the blonde woman if she wanted me to sit in the chair or on table that was pushed against the wall. She told me to 'hold on' and never answered my question. I sat in the chair and continued to wait when I saw the blonde woman take my paperwork to a co-worker because 'something didn't look right'. I continued to wait while the lady went up to correct the error she made when she checked me in. When the blonde woman came back to draw my blood, I tried to strike up a conversation by saying 'it is really busy here today.' The reply I got was 'yeah' and nothing more. When I finally left, it was 10:45. I have been to other facilities where I am finished in half the amount of time it took today and the employees are happy and willing to accommodate your needs. The blonde woman who was working the desk and who drew my blood was rude and disorganized.

My appointment was at 7:30 a.m. I was early but when it was 7:30 the lady at the front desk called my name and took my information. She was very nice and friendly. Then I went into a room and waited a couple minutes for a technician to come in and take my blood. She was fantastic. She took five viles of blood. She did it owith ease and expertise. She was nice and also friendly. I was very happy with my experience and I will go back there whenever I need lab work done. The office was beautiful and clean.
