This place is a great little secret in Downingtown. It looks small on the outside and is very spacious and beautiful inside. One of my favorite parts is that the stylists there are 2 woman that are friends and do not gossip about each other. My stylist always takes her time, asks me what I think, makes suggestions and does what I say, not what she thinks. My color is always perfect and cuts are always what I expect. I recommend this place to my friends. I really think the 1 star comment just doesn't sound like it's the same shop because they are nothing but professional and honest there.

horrible, bad bad experience, stylist ruined hair, line of demarcation and gave pee yellow highlight ( she over processed) and then she tried to correct with volcanic horror ash color, asked for money back next day as the lights in salon are bad, was dark when left, stylist stated she would refund in full THEN check never came in mail, been 4 weeks, how rude discusting service, I have never been treated so poorly, AND had to pay to get my hair corrected (still have line of demarcation) by a new salon, to say the least deja vu has given me a extremely BAD experience and not too mention the horror of having to wash my hair 5 times a day to TRY to get out the volcanic ash color from my beautiful blonde hair, this was a horror experience, with a salon that in my opinion only is out to over charge and get ur money and not refund even tho they she said yes will be reporting them to thecosmetology board and lawyer
