broken bracket; $19.50 serv fee; given an estimate of $650 to fix; I declined; called a friend who put a screw (2 minutes) which fell out! No parts, etc. needed. They wanted $650 2 put in one screw & maybe maintenance. This company ALMOST ripped me off. Do Not trust them. I should have researched. I wouldn't recommend this company. Here is the problem they wanted to charge me $650

Professional, honest, experienced company. These are all the qualities this company pertains. The garage door was not working it would not go up I thought it could be a cable that snapped. When the tech got there he found other problems with it too. I was shocked how bad of a state my garage door was in. But thanks to this company it is running like new. Don't have to worry about for a while and that's a good feeling.
