I am the one who sent you a picture of your front window.
I sent a picture of this to Lisa Fox of our City Hall the head of our "Grafittii Task Force" about six months ago. I guess she does not take care of tagging like this.
I am the guy who looks in the dumpsters of this area of which the proprietor of B'B'H, took a phone pic. of me and my (rental) car in the Summer of 2012 while I took camera pics. of his Cal-Met rented dumpster! (I see for the last five months it is under a 24/7 lockdown!)
I also take pics. of dumpsters and surrounding areas with grafittii on them and email them to lady at City Hall.
I also am the same guy who left a couple notes on one of the dumpsters about: "Why are you so up in arms about me but not the kids that (used to?) climb up onto one of the dumpsters then climb up on top of your roof and play around? So I was told by the proprietor of the Premiere Escrow business a whiles back.
