This place is awesome, I am so pleased I've finally found a trustworthy place to bring my car to be serviced. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride home if i needed it, which i thought was very nice and convenient. They even showed me my old parts they had replaced. Ill definitely be taking my car back here for all repairs. It was fast, friendly, fair priced service and i am very happy.

A seventy dollar break job turned into 300 dollars. I went in, said that the break light was on, they look at the car and tell me it is the disks, drums, etc. It sounded ridiculous at the time but my husband was out of the country and I had no other choice so I payed. Not even a week into driving the car the light turns back on. I thought oh well, as long as the breaks are fixed. After about three weeks the breaks completely malfunction and my son and I nearly get into a horrible crash. So I brought the car back, showed the reciepts, and told them that the breaks are worse off than they were before. They say its not their fault, we have to pay again, so we say no thanks. As we drove back into our driveway, a few blocks from this auto shop, the car completely sputters and breaks down. Coincidence? Called up an ASE certified uncle, he looks at the car and says someone intentionally messed with it! It is all a Game for these people. Stay far far away if you care for your life.

Took my car to the dealer, they wanted 120/hr just look at my car. So I took it to Maple Grove. They looked at it for free, gave me an estimate and a great price. Will definitely get my business in the future.
