I called a delivery in on Wednesday 5/17/2011, asked for the delivery to take place on Friday 5/20/2011. Woman said yes asked for my credit card, I gave her my information. Friday came, and my credit card was charged. I started calling around 12:00 noon with no answers until 3:20. I finally got through to someone and asked the lady for confirmation of the delivery. She said that she had the note on her desk but forgot to make the arrangement, and or deliver any sort of arrangement. I told her to please refund my money, and she abruptly hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend this place for flower arraignments.

They never delivered flowers I ordered 3 days in advance... I looked stupid. Thanks for nothing

They have the best arrangements by far! The telephone number is different though... Yellow pages needs to update! 343-1334 try them!
