I've had a lot of experience with medical providers, from working in fast-paced medical offices and facilities, and I have never met a more thorough and intelligent, personable and kind provider, EVER. I found myself at ConvenientMD tonight, unwell and frustrated beyond articulation at the apparent mystery surrounding my symptoms. Spending 20 minutes with Dr. Greenberg gave me more information than I've gotten from my PCP in months, and an action plan to find out what is 'wrong' with me, since he is limited in what he can order and do from Urgent Care. He said, "I don't treat numbers (in reference to my normal labs); I treat patients. You know your body better than anyone else and if you aren't well, we need to find out why." I was armed with the information I needed to dig deeper, and he was more thorough in a 20 minute visit than my last three, 45 minute office visits with my primary. If you are trying to decide between WDH Express Care and ConvenientMD-- go to ConvenientMD.

Awhile back, I was suffering from severe lower back pain. Pain to the point I couldn't even walk. I called Convenient MD to see if they treat pain like this to try and avoid the emergency room. They told me to come down and they'll treat me as best as possible. Which was a complete joke. The front desk ladies were very nice an accommodating. However, the doctor that I saw was a complete jerk. He basically laughed at me and told me everyone suffers from lower back pain at some point of their life and more than likely it was just a pulled muscle. He suggested for me to use a cane to aid my walking but I continued to tell him walking was almost unbearable. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and did not care about anything that I had to say. You could tell he was just in a rush and wanted to go home so he brushed me off. Turns out I herniated THREE discs in my lower back which required surgery. I will NEVER go back there and have never been more belittled by a doc in my life

fast, friendly and easy. likely the best urgent care experience i have ever had. went in to get my son's physical for high school football and will do it again every year...

love it they are very nice its not like a hospital I was in and out in 15-20 minutes I have been there twice all the doctors are very nice and they tell you whats wrong in a while versus a hospital you are in there forever

I love convenientmd fast service and everyone was courteous and very attentive. I was in and out without the long wait..this place is awesome

I love ConvenientMD! I will defiantly recommend them to everyone. I was greeted by the friendly med. receptionists Laurie-Anne Cook & Lynn Nesbitt, then seen almost immediately by the nurse Liz who was so sweet. Dr.Sandberg was awesome and so was the radtech Ashley. And unlike most urgent care clinics they accepted my N.H. Medicaid!

While on vacation, Oct 7, my husband fell an could not put pressure on his leg. We went to Convenient care an were seen promptly. The receptionist was very polite,assisted us, an the Doctor took time to examine as well as diagnose leg problem. The follow up with us after being from out of state was so nice. We would highly recommend to anyone to use these services.

Very impressed! I had to use them for a child this week and it was so convenient. Also, just used them for a flu shot. Better than waiting in line at work. I am glad to have them available locally!

WONDERFUL!!! I've been there 5 times already! Each of my teen boys have needed their services more than once...and I've used them also. There has never been a wait. The staff are professional, polite, and deliver great care. If I ever needed follow-up with another provider, I've left with an appointment already scheduled. The nurses and physicians are wonderful providers with terrific credentials and warm bedside manners.

My wife was hit with cold that over counter melds didn't touch for days. It got bad enough to see someone over a weekend w/o going to a hospital and paying the outrageous fees. We went in on a Saturday morning, very short wait and was able to see a Dr. Not a nurse practioner. The visit was very pleasant & informative. Would definitely return if the need was there. G A

Absolutely great service! I came in with a fractured leg nearly in tears from the pain as the terrible ortho doc I saw essentially told me to walk it out. They took time to listen to the problem and come up with an actual solution. I left there with my leg immobilized feeling much better on properly fitted crutches. The doctor had to excuse herself at one point as an emergent patient came in and they were all very apologetic about it. I spent about 90 minutes from check in to check out which isn't bad at all!

There was no wait time to be seen. They listen to everything u say not just a portion of it and they try to figure out the whole problem. Wonderful service thank you

The care I received at Convenient MD would put any local emergency room to shame. The front reception staff, triage and the physician were all fantastic. The total amount of time I spent there was just under an hour. I would highly recommend Convenient MD to anyone!

Amazing, amazing practice! The doctor my children saw was very down to earth, patient, knowledgeable and child oriented. He made my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone and everyone : )

Was quick and easy, no waiting. The building was very clean and staff was great!!!
