About a year ago, Blier installed flooring in my entire house based on their affiliation with my builder. They did a decent job.



Two months ago, a section of carpet was damaged and I have been contacting Blier ever since to arrange for replacement. After numerous calls to them (with only one response during the process), installation was scheduled for today. I phoned at 8:30 this morning to confirm and was told that the installer would be here between 9 and 9:30. At 11:30, I contacted Blier who said that the installer never showed up today. Once again, no attempt was made to contact me about this. Though the Blier representative was mildly apologetic, he refused to take ownership of the fact that their service has been poor since I first contacted them over two months ago.



I have cancelled my order and sadly will live with the damaged carpet, since I don't know the details of the exact carpet. I have been patient and reasonable, and refuse to give Blier my business.

I returned back to update our remodeled family room. They had a great selection of tile and wood, and was able to offer a price that couldn't be beat. We were encouraged to shop around some, get other comparitive pricing. We went to one well known Tile Retailer and they're estimate was way higher.

Not to many bussiness out there, telling you "go ahead and check out the competition".

The Blier's have done all the work in my house and have always given us quality service and outstanding prices. We highly recommend Blier Flooring and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

I recentley had Blier install carpet in my house. The price was fair, they could do the job soon and seemed to be very nice people to do business with. That is where the good news ends. First they did not show up for a total of 5 appointments during the whole process. There were no phone calls, no sorry we forgot, no apologies, just we will be right over and never show up. Their contract installers, messed up the stairs, so when they came to repair them, they came with the wrong caprpet color. Then when they finally came to fix the stairs again we of course got a whole different dye lot of capret on the stairs. This 2 day process from start to fininsh took over 2 months of phone calls and stopping by the office. I took many days off work to have them install my carpet and when I asked to be compensated for my trouble (a simple request). I was told pay up or we will seek collection. Not a nice way to conduct a business.
