CALLED THEM OUT ON A SUNDAY ABOUT 11AM and THEY GOT HERE IN ABOUT 1-HOUR TWO YOUNG GUYS WORKED FAST and CLEANED OUT THE WHOLE TANK and A MASSIVE CLOG IN DRAIN.

This company was referred to me by another company that I normally use because they were overbooked and I needed same day service. When the guys came out I showed them where the septic tank was and told them there is a corner of the lid that was broken and they could probably put the hose in and drain it from there. They supposedly drained it and I went inside and ran water for a few minutes. Everything seemed fine so they buried it and left, few hours later we started taking showers and it backed up again so I dug up the tank myself and took the lid off. The tank was still almost half full and I had to clean out a big clog in the inlet pipe. I called the next day to have them come back and finish pumping the tank. They refused and said that's what I told them to do. The CO OWNER woman that I talked to was VERY rude also said that they are a 4th generation company that knows what they're doing. So if you know what you are doing then why would your guys not tell me that the lid must come off because there is most likely a clogged pipe and why would they not pump the entire tank out? DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THE WORKERS ARE LAZY AND THE CO OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
