Just bought a house in Ocean View DE that was supposed to treated for mold and moisture and standing water in crawl space. Mold and water still visibly present. (topical treatment ?). They hired Patrick from 2nd chance restoration to install a dehumidifier and a condensate pump.He installed the dehumidifier in the least effective area and ran a flimsy drain tube through the vinyl siding and is curled up right next to the foundation. ( very shoddy and unprofessional ). We paid him $ 450.00 to do 2 coats of drylok on walls. He only did one and told us he did 2 coats. Very dishonest. The previous owner paid $3200.00 for basically nothing. We paid to have a professional company come in to fix the problem correctly. Don't use either one of these companies or you will be ripped off !!!
