The quality of their work is high and their prices are slightly cheaper than most nail salons in Dover, De. LA Nails is a very popular because of that. Their customer service is average though. They don't always manage their flow of incoming customers well. For example, customers may be served out of order.

I have been going to this nail salon, frequented the same tech for about 10 or more years. Recently, I called for an appointment as I always do and was given the time I asked for. I showed up to my appointment about 10 minutes early only to be stopped at the door. She had taken someone else in my spot and said the job would take 2 hours! I've never missed an appointment, never been late, I've never disrespected her, never gave a reason to be mistreated as such. They have lost a loyal customer!!
