Absolutely the very worst bank I've ever used! Every week it seems there is a new charge for each service offered. Usually with no warning whatsoever. Even the 50+ checking has unreasonable and outrageous charges. The overdraft protection is $19.95 for each od. They purposely will hold a wd until you're close to your od. (Just research online if you don't believe me) so as to charge you the specified $19.95 when they're likely to make the most money. Many older citizens who can't or don't pay very close attention to their running balance are likely to fall victim to this. You're charged for counter checks unless you bring your own personal checks in to wd money. I feel this is just ridiculous! Another is a fee for trying your atm card if your balance is too low. You can't use your atm card for free unless it is used at the Walmart FSNB atm. I found overdraft charges more than 4 times during my 1 year account that were double charged. Customer service is especially rude and unprofessional! Also, customer service and bank personnel are inconsistent with policy and charge information. Do not recommend!!!
