Five Star Limousine is both a local and regional transportation service, with Dover, Delaware as its center of operation. We have Six vans and Seven luxury cars supported by sixteen part-time drivers, a dispatcher/manager and an evening manager. We specialize in large groups as three of our vans will hold 14 passengers each followed by a trailer carrying the luggage. We also welcome the single traveler and smaller groups who need transporting 1 mile or 300 miles. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I have been dealing with these people for over 10 years. Their drivers are great, but now their business will definitely suffer due to the rudeness and the lack of customer service on the part of the owner and the administrative staff. I will no longer call on Five Star after all these years. And furthermore their rates are outrageous!
